Honey Processing & Bottling
Guests can take part in our seasonal honey-processing experience, learning how raw honey is extracted and bottled on-site. The event ends with visitors filling their own jars of fresh, Chicago-produced honey—a unique amenity they’ll remember long after their stay. Custom-branded honey jars also offer an elevated, story-rich gift or retail item.
