Happy Hours/Food Pairing

Our pollinator-themed happy hours and food pairing events bring people together through food, drinks, and a connection to the natural environment. Guests and employees enjoy curated tastings featuring local Chicago honey and seasonal ingredients inspired by pollinators and biodiversity. Our team shares the story of your on-site hive while creating a relaxed, memorable social experience. These events are ideal for employee engagement, corporate team building, and enhancing the hospitality guest experience.
Biodiversity Education

Our biodiversity education events introduce guests and employees to the fascinating world of pollinators and urban ecology. Participants learn how honeybees, native bees, and flowering plants support urban biodiversity and environmental health in Chicago. These sessions combine engaging storytelling with real hive insights and seasonal updates from your rooftop apiary. The result is an interactive sustainability experience that connects people directly to your organization’s environmental impact and ESG initiatives.
Honey Processing
Honey processing is our most popular employee engagement and guest experience event and a highlight of the beekeeping season. Participants watch and learn as fresh Chicago honey is harvested from the hive, extracted, and prepared for bottling. Guests and employees can take part in the process and leave with a jar of hyper-local honey produced right on site. It’s a hands-on sustainability and biodiversity experience that turns your pollinator program into something people can see, taste, and remember.
